Let me just blow the dust of this keyboard. Hello, and welcome back! 🤗 Not sure if I am welcoming you or myself! A lot has happened since we last spoke. I am back in England trying to launch my business. Did you know you can now order baked goods from KB.eats so you don't just have to drool longingly at the screen! When I am looking for recipes I hate having to scroll and scroll until I actually reach the recipe, so why should I put my readers through that same hassle. Maybe I will create a separate section for my ramblings. Don't hold your breathe though. lol.
Pistachio & Almond Porridge Biscuits
You thought I'd stopped blogging, didn't you? I actually thought I wouldn't be able to anymore but I'm trying to set aside a bit of time. So what on earth have I been up to then?! Well, KB.eats cakes are now being sold in two cafes in Dalston/Hackney. Cooper & Wolf, Chatsworth Road E5, have 2 loaves delivered 4 times a week and Reilly Rocket, Kingsland Road E8, get some treats every weekend. As you can imagine I now spend a whole lot of time baking! As well as that I am working two other jobs!
Baa’s Biscuits
I have mentioned before that my Mum is probably one of my biggest influences when it comes to cooking. But there is one person who I probably regard as the top dog who my Mum learnt much of her cooking skills from, and that's my Grandma, Baa. She was the Queen Bee, or should I say the Queen Baa, in the kitchen and I still crave some of the treats she used to make.
