Online Orders
Ordering
- Online shop orders can only be placed through the website.
- Delivery dates are fixed for online shop orders, for a change in delivery date a bespoke order must be placed.
- Menu items are fixed, for substitutions or alterations a bespoke order must be placed.
Payment
- Payment must be paid in full in order for order to be secured.
- Items that are not paid for before delivery day will not be posted.
Cancellation and Refunds
- If an order has be cancelled due to illness, the client will be issued with a refund in the form of store credit.
- Refunds will not be made for delayed deliveries.
- Partial refund will be made if not all items for order are delivered.
Liability
- KB.eats is not responsible for damage caused to the cake by anyone not employed by KB.eats.
- KB.eats is not responsible for damage caused to the cake in transit for orders that are collected by the client.
- KB.eats is not responsible if orders melt or become deformed if kept inside or outside at high temperatures.
Bespoke Orders
Ordering
- Orders must be placed a minimum of 7 days before due date.
- Orders placed less than 7 days before due date will be subject to 10% rush order fee.
- No changes can be made to orders less than 7 days before due date.
- Acceptance of orders placed less than 7 days before due date, is at KB.eats discretion.
- Changes to orders cannot be made less than 7 days before the due date.
Payment
- A deposit of 25% of the total cost will be taken for orders placed 31 days before due date.
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost will be taken for orders placed less than 31 days before the due date.
- All deposits are non refundable.
- Full payment will be taken for orders placed less than 14 days before the due date.
- Payment for orders placed less than 14 days before due date is non refundable.
- Final payments must be made
- If the client fails to make payments the order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
- The client will be given a grace period of 3 days following the due date in which the payment must be made or the order will be cancelled.
- Payment via bank transfer is preferred.
Refunds
A refund/partial refund may only be offered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The cake is returned within 1 hour of delivery.
- If less than 1/4 has been consumed.
- If it does not meet the KB.eats standards for taste, appearance or execution of baking.

- Delivery will not be made for orders that have not been paid in full.
Allegerns
- KB.eats is not responsible for allergic reactions caused if information on allergies is not provided by the customer.
- Allergen information for every order is provided with each order it is the clients responsibility to inform those who eat the cake of this.
