Pies & Tarts

OMG IT'S BEEN SO LONG! Have you missed me? I sure have missed you, whoever you are :) I am absolutely not going to talk about exams or revision because just the thought of them make me sick a bit in my mouth. Instead I'm going to tell you all about my holiday to Turkey! Seeing as I haven't done this in a while this post is gonna be a bit longer with a few extra non-food photos. I know, I know, crazy!

Christmas part 2!

Upon beginning to write this post, I  discovered that I only had pictures of the tart after it had been made, sorry! Also, I am pretty tired, uni has been go go go since we started back a couple of weeks ago so that means the work has been piling up. As a result of spending hours starting at my computer screen reading research papers, I am gonna keep this post short and sweet. Quite like the pastry used for this tart!

Christmas part 1!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!
There are two questions people always ask me around Christmas time; "do you celebrate Christmas", and "what do you even eat?!"
People ask me the former for obvious reasons, and the latter, well as a veggie, that's also obvious. So to answer both those questions in two words; yes and pie.
Not always pie. But more often than not, turkey is replaced with pie.
